1. Delivery for Pre-Order Products
As a pre-order-based e-commerce platform, our pre-order items follow a specific process due to their imported nature:
Timeline:
- Standard Delivery Window: Delivery takes 25–30 days from the date of order confirmation.
- Early Delivery: If your order arrives earlier, we will notify you immediately and arrange prompt delivery.
Process:
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, processing begins with our suppliers in China.
- Supplier Processing & Quality Check: Our team ensures that all items undergo a thorough inspection at our China warehouse before shipping.
- Shipping from China: Products are shipped to Bangladesh and go through customs clearance.
- Local Delivery: Once cleared, items are dispatched to your address via our trusted local delivery partners.
Delays:
- While we strive to meet delivery timelines, customs clearance or logistical issues may occasionally cause delays.
- Policy on Delays: Refunds are applicable if the delivery exceeds the revised timeline by 21+ days.
2. Delivery for Stock Products
For items readily available in our warehouse, we ensure faster delivery:
Timeline:
- Standard Delivery Window: Stock items are delivered within 3–4 days of order confirmation.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched on the same day (subject to availability).
Process:
- Order Confirmation: Once the order is confirmed, it is packed and dispatched from our Bangladesh warehouse.
- Shipping: Products are handed over to our trusted local courier partners for delivery to your address.
- Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 days in major cities and up to 4 days in remote areas.
Delays:
- Delays beyond 5+ days are extremely rare for stock items.
- In case of unforeseen delays, our team will notify you promptly and provide updates.
3. Delivery Charges
- Flat Rate for All Deliveries: A flat delivery charge of 120 BDT applies to all orders.
- Free Shipping: Orders above 10,000 BDT qualify for free delivery, even without an ongoing free delivery offer.
4. Tracking Your Order
To keep you informed at every stage:
- Pre-Order Products: Tracking details will be provided once the item is shipped from China.
- Stock Products: Tracking links are shared via email or SMS once the item is dispatched.

5. Delivery Precautions
To ensure smooth and secure delivery:
- Recipient Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.
- Check the Package: Inspect the package upon delivery. For pre-order products, we encourage checking for damages in front of the delivery person and notifying us immediately if any issues are found.
6. Customer Absence or Denied Delivery
If the customer denies receiving a product or is unavailable for 2–3 days after the product arrives at the delivery address, the logisticspartner (e.g., Pathao Courier) will usually mark the parcel as
returned.
Terms for Returned Parcels:
- If the product is returned to our office due to customer unavailability or denial, we will contact the customer to arrange re-dispatch.
- Upon re-dispatch, a Return Charge of 50 BDT and an additional Delivery Charge will apply.
We recommend staying reachable over phone calls during the expected delivery window to avoid additional charges.
