Being a pre-order-based e-commerce platform importing premium women’s clothing, bags, shoes, and unique accessories from China, we believe in maintaining transparency and fairness in all transactions. Below is our comprehensive policy to address all return, refund, and exchange concerns.
1. Change of Mind
- Stock Products: We allow returns for change of mind on stock products, provided the item is returned in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact).
- Pre-Order Product: Due to the nature of our pre-order process and import procedures, returns for change of mind are not permitted.
2. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation Period: Orders can now be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation. Once this window
has passed, cancellations are not possible as processing begins with our
suppliers.
- Refund for Unavailability: If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable at suppliers in China, we will notify you promptly and oer an alternative product for exchange (optional) or provide a full refund within 2-3 business days.
3. Exchange & Replacement Policy
We strive to make exchanges and replacements as smooth as possible.
Eligibility
You are eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:
- Defective or Damaged Items:
- Immediate Notification: Inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person. Notify us immediately if the item is damaged or defective.
- Photos/Videos Required: Share clear evidence of the defect/damage with us.
- Transparency Encouraged: We encourage you to check the product thoroughly before the delivery person leaves for better transparency.
- Resolution: A replacement or exchange will be arranged at no additional cost.

- Wrong Size/Color:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange for the correct size or color.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned in unused condition, with original tags, packaging, and no signs of wear or washing.
- Exchanges are not applicable for:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Items damaged due to improper care or misuse.
4. Delivery Delays
We aim to deliver your orders within 25–30 days. If delivery is completed earlier, we will inform you and process it immediately. However, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, logistics issues, or unforeseen events.
Our Policy on Delays:
- Revised Delivery Window: We will notify you promptly of any revised delivery timelines.
- Refunds for Delays: Refunds will only be issued if delivery exceeds the revised window by 21+ days.
For stock products (non-preorder), delays beyond 7+ days will be eligible for compensation or resolution.
5. Refund Process
We ensure a smooth refund process for all eligible cases:
- Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
- Items must be returned to our office before refunds can be processed. This return process typically takes 5–7 days for verification.
- In certain cases (e.g., product unavailability), customers may opt for store credit instead.

To maintain fairness and quality control:
- Eligibility Requirements: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
- For exchanges due to personal preferences (e.g., size or color), return shipping will also be covered by us as part of our customer-first approach.

- Every product undergoes thorough inspection by our quality control team in China before shipment.
- If defects are found during this process, we will:
- Notify you immediately.
- Offer a full refund, OR
- Provide the option to wait for the next shipment, with free home delivery as compensation for the inconvenience.
